The Free 1GB eSIMs that you receive have a validity of 2 days, and they work for all the supported destinations. 


Upon claiming a free eSIM, you will need to pick a destination you need your eSIM to work in( we recommend you do this before departure and connect once you want to use the eSIM in your destination), validity will start from the moment you connect your eSIM to the local network

 If you top up the existing eSIM in the app (if you add more data), your eSIM will then have a validity of 365 days. 


Tarrifs for extra data will be in the app and are paid directly by yourselves. 


The way it works ..


  1. Enter your email address on the form and click the <Claim free eSIM> button.
  2. You will receive an email to your email address with a promocode
  3. Redeem your promocode in the Hubby eSIM app (the promocode will grant you an eSIM ready for setup)
  4. Pick a destination from the list of supported countries.
  5. Follow the in-app instructions for setting up their eSIM
  6. Install eSIM before you depart for your trip
  7. Activate eSIM at the destination

 

To prevent misuse, the free eSIM can be claimed using the same email address only once (one free eSIM per email address, or per traveler).

Hubby eSIM is supported on a wide range of eSIM-compatible smartphones, particularly those released after 2018:

  • iOS Models: iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, or later;
  • Android models: Samsung Galaxy S20, Google Pixel 2 series, Xiaomi 12 Pro or later.
